International Business Partners- Register to Attend

The 2006 HSMAI World Quest is filled with roundtable discussions between international planners and international business partners getting to know each other and getting to know more from top-quality educational programs.

Business partners will be placed at roundtables identified by the name of their organization and the planners will be moved to different roundtables throughout the course of the day for the greatest networking opportunities. At each roundtable the international business partner will participate in the program discussions with the planners and will deliver examples and references to the topics by using their organization as examples. Your message will have maximum reach and your opportunity to develop relationships with potential buyers will grow exponentially. HSMAI, in partnership with Association Management Group and its division Meetings Management Group, has created this unique program to respond to the needs of the specialized market of international sales. The registration fees are $1,850 for the first international returning business partner and $1,950 for new business partners per city. A reduced fee of $500 will apply for the second person from the same organization per city.

  • Full day interacting with international meeting planners – Get to know prospective clients and establish relationships which lead to new business.
  • Get a roundtable which is branded with the name of your organization – You can encourage clients to sit at your table, get to know new prospects, distribute literature and interact during the program.

  • A list of all attendees including a profile of their international meetings will be provided – Focus your efforts on specific clients who have prospect value.

PLATINUM PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
Increase your organization’s ROI by becoming a Platinum International Business Partner with World Quest. This package includes the above features and benefits, branded signage, podium recognition, and a 350 word organizational description in the attendee binder at ALL FIVE WORLD QUEST CITIES! This is an excellent opportunity for you to brand your organization with the professionals utilizing international venues and services. The cost of the Platinum Partnership Package is $8,250 for returning business partners and $8,750 for new business partners. Package also includes a six month membership to HSMAI.

GOLD PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
Increase your organization’s ROI by becoming a Gold International Business Partner with World Quest. This package includes the above features and benefits, branded signage, podium recognition, and a 350 word organizational description in the attendee binder at THREE OF THE WORLD QUEST CITIES of your choice! This is an excellent opportunity for you to brand your organization with the professionals utilizing international venues and services. The cost of the Gold Partnership Package is $4,950 for returning business partners and $5,250 for new business partners. Package also includes a six month membership to HSMAI.

Step up to the podium and be a leader at the 2006 HSMAI World Quest! The limit of 25 destinations or hotel companies will improve buyer/seller ratio with 100 international planners. First come, first served in joining HSMAI’s World Quest.
